P2P Techno Functional SME

10+ Years of Experience The techno Functional SME will be responsible for providing code fixes, designing and developing customizations and extensions in Oracle R12 EBS Financial Modules. In addition, the Techno-Functional SME will provide support for other applications as assigned. Applicant must have experience with Accounts payables, 10+ years of strong Oracle EBS Federal Financials experience, in the following specific modules.

  • Duties and Responsibilities
    1. Coordinate with client SMEs and stakeholders to identify and maintain business requirements and use cases
    2. Conduct Gap analysis and functional designs for all Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICE-W) within the Order Management and Receivables modules
    3. Coordinate with the development team to support technical design and development of RICE-W objects
    4. Configure the Order Management and Receivables modules within EBS version 12.2.X
    5. Coordination with Oracle support to manage Service Requests for any issues related to Orde
    Management and Receivables modules
    1. Create Test scripts and support testing of the Order Management and Receivables modules
    2. Support development of training materials and execution of training for Order Management and Receivables modules
    3. Contribute to the development of Contract Data deliverables
    4. Interact with Business users and the client to provide testing and Production Support as Training and Functional Consultant after "Cutover"
    5. Expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, defining business requirements, implementation and configuration of Oracle E- business suite modules for Federal Financial applications
    Experience developing Functional and Technical design specifications
    1. Proficient in the functional and technical aspects of Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.X deployment and testing
    2. Strong knowledge of development methodology including agile methods, model driven development and test-driven development
    Qualifications
    1. Experience and Education Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
    2. Must have 10+ years of strong Oracle EBS development experience Oracle R12.X expertise in these specific modules is required: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Receivables (AR), & Federal Financials
    3. Qualified candidates will have a strong background in Oracle R12.X EBS Financials modules, focusing on AP, iProcurement, Purchasing, GL, AR and overall Procure to Pay lifecycl
    Skills Preferred
    1. Possess strong technical development expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Unix Scripting, Interfaces, Workflows, Forms, Reports, OAF, ADF, XML publisher, AME, and other technologies in the Oracle landscape
    2. Ability to anticipate and proactively resolve issues
    3. Ability to adhere to SDLC standards
    4. Ability to meet SLA's, Strong problem-solving skills, possess strong communication skills - verbal and written, in addition exceptional analytical and time management capabilities
    5. Ability to work without close supervision, keeping focused on short and long-term support objectives; ability to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, IT teams, departments and levels

7+ years Responsible for designing, developing and implementing eLearning curriculum for end users

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    1. Gather information from users and SMEs (subject matter experts)
    2. Develop and design instructor guides, and review content
    3. Support the deployment of learning programs using 'Articulate' for configuring, uploading and updating course curriculum
    4. Utilize knowledge of 'Articulate' capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience.
    5. Develop 'Articulate' reporting capabilities and developing custom reports to assist with planning and managing training and development initiatives.
    6. Ensure that participants are registered for Education and Training events
